I was actually a soccer fan before I discovered the Kings. I was Man U fan. Then I got drawn into hockey and everything else was forgotten. I am a better soccer player then a hockey player. Doughty didn't win because of East Coast bias. If you really knew about hockey you would know it's always been about the East. If Doughty was on an Eastern team, he would be the new golden boy. Here in the west, he doesn't get enough recognition. I agree with the diving queens you mentioned above. I'm not really fond of those players. But soccer players are always diving. I still will continue to support F. Toress.

Caleb, you're being a hypocrite. You're blasting people for not knowing about hockey, but I'll call into question you're knowledge of soccer. I've played both sports, and hockey is indeed very demanding, but to say you don't need talent or skills to play soccer is just plain asinine. I would love to see you attempt to kick a ball into the right corner of the goal, or to make it easier for you to understand "top shelf stick side". I doubt you could even reach the goal.
And if you watched any games, you'd know that the Galaxy have a Top 3 defender in the entire league, that actually won the rookie of the year award, unlike Doughty. And that the Galaxy WON the Western Conference, and lost in the CUP FINAL.
But you would like a game of diving queens (eg: Kariya, Crosby, Avery, etc...)

Hold the phone! LA has a soccer teams? Clippers still exist? Those of you who are saying that the Kings are not "Kings"...please watch the damn games before u post. We are currently 5th in the West. Hockey is a better sport then soccer and basketball. You don't need talent and skills to be a soccer/basketball player. Anyone could do it. You need to be a good skater, physically prepared, and a good stickhandler to be a hockey player. Some of you don't know a thing about the Kings, and yet you throw false and uncertain facts. A hockey player can get a 40 miles puck to his face, get 30 stitches and gets back into the game. If some of you guys payed attention to the Kings, you would know that we have a 20 yr old top 3 dman in the entire league. Of course you guys like sports that involve diving queens and too many timeouts.

It's been a blast trying to chase you guys. If you have wondered who was behind all this madness, then I am your man. That's right, one man. The truth is I am a King's fan. Shocking as it may seem, I am pretty much sure that I am the one responsible for 99 percent of the King's votes and for for most of the ridiculous comments on there. Those other rounds were also me. I thought it was clever how your community got together and pretty much dominated early on. I decided to give you guys a challenge and make it fun. It was also entertaining to read your forums while voting and reading some of your reactions. They really motivated me.
Some reason you guys thought I was using a "script". I used Firefox and quickly clicked every single vote with my razer mouse. I figured that the rate, without getting blocked, was about 200 votes per 2:30 minutes. Also my internet is dhcp. No scripts. Honestly. This morning and throughout the night I've been voting pretty much non stop and came within 700 votes of tying. You guys were relentless. I decided to stop because I couldn't compete with the clever automation you guys found.
I tried joining your community I never got email returned notification. It was the time when the site was really slow during that hot streak of 9 games. I just wanted to be part of the fun, in my own sick twisted way. I was really quite entertained with the experience. I don't think you guys would accept me now. I'm kinda out there. But reading some of your posts, Some of yall are crazy also.

LOL. That's funny. The only way the Clippers can be kept from voting off is by cheating. I was watching the vote counts and about every 10 minutes the Kings votes will randomly increase until it reaches 200 votes then stop for 10 minutes then do it over.
