Why are the former Los Angeles Chargers not listed in the poll? They are likely to be one of the NFL's most available franchises for relocation with the most willing owners, not to mention they are by far the best and most talented team available. Not many may remember or even realize that they have an LA past, but in 1960 they were the AFL's LA team.
