Better yet, the University of Florida Percy Beard Track and Field stadium is in Gainesville Florida. The track facility is on campus near football stadium (The Swamp) which is located close to I-75 and about two hours north of Clermont, Florida . I just returned from competing in a Senior Games qualifier there. It is a first class track and field venue with plenty of parking, seating, bathrooms, concessions and the other amenities one would expect. They may be interested in bidding on the 2009 National Masters Championship if it comes to that.

It should be in the east since it was in the west last year. Two years in a row in the same section of the country is unfair to those who have to travel the long distance.
OK, Spokane is in the East; however, we just had a meet there. A lot of masters use the Nationals as a means of getting to see a new place along with competing.

Of all the places listed; none are in the East. Another city in Florida would have been a good option as well.
