Should local governments put limits on the use of outdoor wood boilers? (Poll Closed)

If they ban the outdoor wood boilers what's next the wood stoves in peoples houses? What is the difference between a chimney outside in your yard or a chimney on the outside of your house? It seems to me it is much more safe to have a wood stove outside of your house rather then inside your house. If the chimney catches on fire inside your house you have a good chance your house will catch on fire whereas if your wood boiler outside catches on fire you just let it burn. I think it is rediculous to ban them!!!!!!
