I agree with Kim. And what does the Lord require of thee but to do justice, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God.

God created people to serve Him, love Him, and love others, and modeled that love in the person of Jesus Christ. By promoting Biblical virtue and morality, those who love Jesus and follow Him by faith can be models themselves to the rest of society, giving others a taste of God's kingdom here on Earth, a kingdom of peace, justice, grace, love, mercy, righteousness, and every good thing. Each person has a choice to believe in Jesus and follow Him or not. When individuals say "Yes" to Jesus and are transformed in their hearts by God's Spirit, society is transformed as well, one person at a time. The Spirit of God in Christians is at work in our world to restrain evil, and do good according to God's purposes.
