Should road details be left to police? (Poll Closed)

Are we foolish enought to believe that the State will save money with Flag Man Road Jobs. People, after the cost of hiring, training, insurance, health benefits, and a retirement program, the flag men will cost as much, if not more than a police officer on detail. I am not a police officer, I am unbiased on my posting, but I really do think that having Police Officers on details are safer.
