shoes and a handbag can either make or break an outfit. i think you can dress up any outfit with the right accessories. plus classic shoes and a classic statement bag will last a life time. a leather satchel bag, will also look better with age so more of a bargin then spending money on a dress that you may only wear once or twice. I however spend very little on clothes. I could happily whilt away hours scouring second hand shops for bargins, i recently picked up a black embroided tulip mini by karen millen for 4 quid. il be wearing it with grey tights and platform shoe boots. fashion needent be expensive.
