Senator Joe Biden was definetly more forthcoming on facts. He was able to defend Presidential Candidate Senator Barack Obama's position on all key issuses. He is very knowledgeable about Senator John Mcains voting record, and plans (or lack of) should he and Gov. Sarah Palin somehow win the nomination to our most esteem office. In all fairness, Gov. Palin, did not come off as the "Bimbo" she was w/Katie Couric or Gibson. I was impressed with the fact, she could take a pop quiz and come out as someone who given time to prepare and study answers for possible questions or situations she could remember. That was clear in the way she evaded direct questions. She was given a script and she stuck to it.

What would happen if you visited a doctor to ask about a sore throat and the doctor proceeded to discuss your kidneys, or on a test asking about your analysis of a novel you discussed an article from People Magazine, or your accountant deciding to discuss his golf game. Why wasn't Sarah directed back to the original questions instead of being allowed to reguritate her pre-planned responses?

The one thing I learned from last night's debate between Senator Biden and Governor Palin is that Governor Palin is not knowledgeable about the business of the United States Government. Governor Palin's level of experience in government does not translate to experience that can benefit her in the role of the Vice President of the U.S. Governor Palin told viewers she is not in fact prepared to be Vice President of US by refusing to respond to a number of questions. Governor Palin frightened me when she said she would want even more power than current VP Dick Chaney, who has clearly changed the rules to the advantage of the Bush Administration when it comes to power. The thirst for this level of power leads me to think Governor Palin could very easily support a dictatorship US Government, when I take into consideration her statement of last night coupled with reporting regarding how abruptly she will fire/dismiss anyone who disagree with her. Yes, Governor Palin frightens me as a potential VP for the US.

Vice Presidential candidate, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, has been getting more and more negative responses from the mainstream media. Palin made a late-night entertainment debut on NBC’s long-running pop culture mainstay, Saturday Night Live. Instead of getting the positive response she’d expected for being a good sport, she was severely criticized for her appearance by the press. For several weeks, hits and blows have been thrown out at Palin, condemning everything she does and questioning her performance, not only as the Governor of Alaska, but as a possible VP for the United States of America. They have even enlarged the story of her seventeen-year old daughter who got pregnant out of wedlock to use as another weapon against the Vice Presidential candidate. Some in the media, including many liberal experts, are insinuating that our country will crumble if Palin was forced to take over the office if anything should happen to Presidential hopeful, Senator John McCain. In contrast to the across-country belief, a large number of people have distinguished all of the low-blowing character attacks and lies relayed about Palin, appreciating the good work she has done and continues to do for the children and people of special needs, and her support of the disabled demographic in general. Many more are in favor of the Republican Vice Presidential Candidate, considering her support for personal responsibility and financial freedom. This includes her contest against the obliteration of cash advances, a legitimate resource that many responsible, hard-working citizens have relied on to avoid the cycle of debt many of us are facing because of the lack of financial support during unforeseen events.
