That ONE song that made me a FAN FOREVER!

HONESTLY, DAVID HAD ME 100% FROM HIS 1ST AUDITION!!! I JUST COULDN'T GET OVER THE WAY RANDY STARTED SINGING WITH DAVID AND INTERACTING WITH HIM. THE SOCIALIZATION BETWEEN THE JUDGES AND DAVID WAS REMINISCENT OF AI SEASON 1 WITH KELLY. OF COURSE ALL OF HIS PERFORMANCES WERE ICING ON THE CAKE.

David's audition got my attention first, but when I went to You Tube and saw him sing Angels when he was younger, that was it for me! It's still my favorite song of his and every version I hear him sing is as beautiful as the last...

I absoulutely loved "You'd better shop around". But no matter what he sings, he is wonderful. Also, when I found on the internet him singing "I will always love you" at the firestation when he was younger, it blew me away.

david had me from San Dego when he sung Waiting on the world and i knew rite then that he would go far and i was rite!!! and going to youtube to look up david and found marry did u know i was like wow this kid has it! i will always be david archuleta fan forever!!!!!!!!!!!

I was totally impressed and in awe of David from the beginning when he sang Waiting on the World to Change but it was when he sang The Voice that I got hooked and became a fan for life with ODD. It was then that I got on the AI fan site and began searching for everything about David and gradually he took over most of my days. I got into it with everyone else on his AI site and tried to get that song to be popular. Each song after that just added to the ODD phenominon.

I was hooked after I heasrd him sng "You'd Better Shop Aorund."

I was hooked from when he sang "Waiting on the World to Change." I remember watching Hollywood week, thinking, where is he?! And then whe he came up to sing "Heaven" it only made my ODD worse

When David walked out on the stage and had that adorable smile of his and then began to sing "Shop Around".......well, that was it for me! I looked forward to hearing him sing every week and recorded it too. I still watch the recordings. Like Paula said, David is a gem and we can't wait for the whole world to discover him. Bravo, David!

I became hooked on David after I heard Shop Around. I had taped that episode and I remember watching over and over again David singing Shop Around. I was just mezmorized by his voice and his soul and his personality!!

HOLLYWOOD WEEK WAS AMAZING BUT WHEN HE SANG SHOP AROUND I KNEW HE WAS GOING TO BE THE ONE THIS YEAR AND FOREVER ON

The first song I heard was imagine which woke me up from sleeping on the recliner, but that is a long story. The song that made me a fan "forever" was that master class, "The long and winding road" and it has been all thumbs up ever since.

HE HAD ME WITH WAITING ON WORLD TO CHANGE!

Once he sang Smoky Mountain Memories, I was like "he's something special." And when i heard him sing "Angels" on tour, that was seriously epic.

It was Heaven that got me hooked on David! As I was sitting in front of the TV waiting for him to perform that song, I was thinking to myself that I hope he does a good job! As he was singing Heaven, I was getting this weird but good feeling inside me. At the end of his performance, I couldn't hold back a tear coming down my face. I've been a fan ever since!

The Long and Winding Road did it for me.

I was hooked with David's performance of Shop Around. I was listening to it yesterday and it is still one of my favorite songs David has done.

Definitely happened when he did "Shop Around". It was full of fun and attitude and of course awesome vocals.

being a Canadian Archie, i thought at first, i couldn't vote anyway so why should i bother? {eventually, it was discovered that international Archies could vote.} but when David fumbled on WE CAN WORK IT OUT, i felt he's got the talent so he must be saved!!! then together with other Archies, we campaigned for a free iTunes of the studio version of WCWIT then the rest is history...

My favorite song that HOOKED me on David was LOVE ME TENDER. I immediately was spellbound.

haha i remember that day like it was yesterday ! once i heard him sing that i was like OMG thats really really really good he better win, and hes really cute! and ever since then ive been a proud arch angel [: and always will be!

but other than that i loved every song that he sang !

I first saw David Archuleta in Season One, singing in front of Kelly, Justin and the rest of the season one group. I was absolutely instantly mesmerized and ever since then, I'd google David, once in a while, to see if he had gone anywhere with that amazing talent. Little did I know!!

I loved his audition when he sang "Waiting on the world to change" I've been a fan of all his songs.

I loved "shop around" and that is when I became a fan!

I loved David since his audition with John Mayer's "Waiting on the World to Change" even when he messed up a little. But then when I heard him sing "Shop Around" I was addicted thinking the same thing that Randy Jackson was thinking that this kid is "GOOD". I have been a huge fan ever since and will always will be.

Waiting on the World to Change... the second he was done... i said HE IS GOING TO WIN THIS... and my whole family agreed... he may not have teqnically won... but basically both davids did:)
