Yes! texting while driving should be against the law, even though I myself am guilty of it. I know that their are people who consider driving and texting multi-tasking, but driving by it self IS multi-tasking. In order to drive you have to watch the road as well as other drivers, move your foot from the gas to the brake pedal as well as control the steering wheel all at the same time! now if that isn't multi-tasking I don't know what is.
