The school could have suspended him, IF they had instilled a dress code. They did not. Obviously, the father was a part of this, but so what? How many parents have pushed their kids, or other figureheads for that matter (like civil disobedience for some coal plants?) to challenge the MAN?
Its a sad day for the constitution and freedom of speech when so many decides to vote yes to this poll
wrried ... I think you might be mistaken on the polls question. The question is was the school wrong for suspending the student. If people answer yes ... than they are sticking up for the student's free speech. Not the other way around. Most think the school was wrong for suspending him in the current poll.
