i think david would be smart to link up with david foster, he has a knack for embracing young talent and personalizing it to the artist.....they would make beautiful music together!
I think Celine Dion would be great for David to tour with.
I wouldn't agree with Sara Barailles, while David enjoys her as an Artist. Usher right now has more fame and experience and it big in the pop scene. Usher is also viewed very favorably amoung the 21-26 crowd (club scene) It would be a big boost for David.
