How would you characterize your relationship with your senior pastor?



We get along great - we have a really strong friendship and appreciate direct conversation, feedback and communication between our ministries.

We get along really well - but both kinda do our own thing.

We get along OK, we aren't best friends and don't hang out, but everything is OK.

Things aren't so good, but workable. We're hanging in there and making it right now.

Things suck. This is more challenging than I thought.

Things are neutral - my senior pastor is non-existant in my world.

I'm not a youth worker, but love voting in polls.
