It appears we are slowly becoming a socialist country since our government has gotten into the real estate business.
Since our government has nationalized Fannie and Freddie, why not go all the way and nationalize the oil giants. We can use their huge profits to cover the lier loans that made up Freddie and Frannie debts.
Not only that, just think of all the available money our elected officals can get their greedy little hands on ! This is an idea whose time has come.
