Would prefer Chelan's downtown vision focus on:



Pedestrian friendly businesses with businesses that need close parking and traffic encouraged to move out of the core.

Chelan's only commercial sector with severe restrictions on business and development anywhere else.

Mixed use with businesses at street level and residential development on higher floors

An expanded downtown area to serve the growing area.

Keep the downtown in the few blocks that is in now, don't let it grow into surrounding residential neighborhoods.
