Julia Thrifts is really cool. I don't even know her but hers is actually one that I would buy and wear. I love the colors and the design is pretty sweet as well. Her design actually takes creativity rather than some of the others that have made it this far. Julia definitely deserves this. Even if she doesn't win, she is awesome and hers is super cool.
