I'm tired of hearing people say that Tom Welling should play Superman in the next movie. Have we forgotten that Smallville's "no tights, no flight" was HIS rule? If he doesn't even want to play the part, then I don't want him to, either. I say bring back Brandon Routh. I have a feeling that his performance was limited by the direction he received... that he essentially cast to play Christopher Reeve playing Superman. But give him a chance to make the part his own and really shine.
