Michael and Mahone contemplate on who to save first. Christina meets Michael at the docks - blast ensues and he's forced to leave without Lincoln. Mahone traps the General.
Sucre meets C-Note in Chicago. C-Note asks where Michael and Lincoln are.
T-Bag is left alone with Sara. He talks to her about how after its all done, he'll be given a real job and she tries to coerce him into running instead.
Over the phone, Michael talks to Lincoln trying to find out where he's at. In his weakness, Lincoln reveals to Michael that Sara is pregnant.
Mahone calls Christina in an attempt to bargain for his family's safety.
Self tries to get Michael's attention by calling him from the hospital under the urgency of the Homeland Security agents.
T-Bag continues to taught Sara, telling her he'll be returning her broken to Michael.
Downey, Christina's right-hand-man, comes into Self's room and forces his drip so he goes into cardiac mode.
Sara informs T-Bag that he can't "tick" so he'll never be able to really have sex with a woman, forcing him to be really angry just in time when Michael comes to save her and almost kill T-Bag.
Back at the warehouse, Michael tells Sara that he's ready to start "something new" and she rejoices and hugs him.
The bomb fails to go off - Christina figures it out and gets Alex to try to get "scylla" to work. Eventually he tricks them and Linc and him run while the bomb goes off.
Sucre makes a call to Sara's phone which is in T-Bag's possession. The General gives him one more chance to get Scylla.
Michael suggests destroying Scylla-- that is until he gets a call from Kellerman!
Michael and Lincoln reunite as Sara and Michael pick him up.
The Agents continue to demand information from Self on the whereabouts of the guys and Self writes instead "kiss my ass"
In an effort to get supplies, Mahone and Sara break in-- she gets the meds but Mahone gets caught
C-Note and Sucre demand information from T-Bag, holding him upside down while doing so.
The General kidnaps Lincoln, Sara and Michael and informs them Sofia is kidnapped and at knifepoint. Sucre and C-Note come and General lets them all go.
Leaving the loft, Sucre tries to get in the way of the cops and fails to, instead getting caught.
Back at the warehouse, Christina storms in with- fight breaks out and Michael's gun jams, forcing Sara to kill his mom instead.
Michael gets "kidnapped" by Kellerman and he agrees to the exoneration. Everyone signs in agreement and is free to go.
Back at the house, Krantz is arrested.
Kellerman informs them that T-Bag wanted exoneration as well since he 'helped'... they vote and he gets gum instead. He asks for forgiveness.
Michael and Sara walk down the beach talking about parenthood. His nose begins to bleed and ... she knows it's back.
4 Years Later... Everyone has a happy ending and they meet at the beach. *tears*
