DEE: heres some hints fer ya (: your button is only on your first page so maybe put one on everyone of your pages, your content, your resources etc. just dont COVER it with them cause it would look very unprofessional, next, how i got some of my votes was by posting only twice at the guilds im in (dont post many times, people are gunna find that annoying =|), and neomailing all my top affies and all of my affies that have more visitors that i would think is better than my other affies (no offense, i couldnt neomail them all, too many :P). only thing that i had more advantage of was when i posted on the guilds, i posted when there werent many people on so it wouldnt get ignored, and im in 6-7 guilds :P

oh, and i fergot to add that i entered the SOTM after a very VISIBLE layout change and new CSS.. visible meaning the layout before the one i entered with was black, and the one i entered with was white. and as i said, new CSS style (: and now i gotta change it again, cause some "friend" of mine got OVER inspired =|

Yeah, I do too. that's why i really don't want to change it. But it's been up for over a month :O i just think i need something similar, but a bit different. like the same style and color schemes and everything, just a different person in the top picture. ;)

jess, its nice that you are very honest but like gem said, that was very hurtful.. in my opinion, i like it cause it gives the viewer a change in layouts instead of staring at the same one, it might make the view think youre on a different site but oh well.. its an original idea and im sure no one will copy dee although many have copied your work (: *wink wink nudge nudge* x)

oh, and i just put my first wanna-be (otherwise known as a stealer) on my site. This makes my day so much worse. :( it's awful!

might, i can't find my PS disk so im using the PSP trials, and this is my second time downloading the trial for PSP X and you can only download it twice so once i download all the trials, then i won't have a program to make my graphics with unless i buy it again but i don't think i will.. i tried gimp, but it didn't like it at all cause PSP and PS is like, the complete opposite of it :p

its not bad though.

GIMP litterally killed me, like, it slowed my computer like crazy, i dunno why :P but i dont understand it and it pisses me off :P i spent a whole day trying to understand it but i couldnt :P when it comes to trying things on the computer, i have no patience :P

I can always help you with Gimp. All you need to know is how to blend, then you`ll be ready to go ! It`s pretty straight forward actually.
