I love Musicovery! Pick songs by any combination of genres, decades, moods, energy levels, and familiarity to you, and then see the results displayed in a cool network graph of tunes. Buying, favoriting, and banning songs is easy. I love this service!!
AOL radio - the new partnership with CBS Radio is amazing. I can listen to local radio stations on my iPhone or at work. It even has access to radio stations in other cities.
yobo.com - it's a site in China that offers nice social networking around music you like.

I have used iTunes in the past but recently started using my Sirius account. Sounds just like my car radio and works flawlessly, anywhere I go. I travel quite a bit and it's nice to have Sirius familiar interface.
"online music streaming service" was practically invented by ShoutCast and the granddaddy of shoutcast streaming is di.fm - digitally imported.
I listen to it for hours every day - you definitely should have this on the list.
Also the list of streaming stations that you get when you open, eg WinAmp, sky.fm etc etc.

Also you should consider http://simplifymedia.com/ in your list - its not so much that you can listen to your *own* music over the internet but that 30 of your friends can also listen to it / stream off your comptuer. That is awesome and I enjoy it a lot.

I honestly think now that Pandora is back to how it was in the beginning(no ads, no stopping for a paid service, etc), it should honestly win. There is no client necessary, you can basically put in any band/song/genre, find popular and indie bands you may like and look further into and buy records of. In my mind, it can't be beaten.
www.newmelodies.com !!
