When Analog TV is turned off in February 2009, Channel 5 and 6 (right below the FM band) will be freed up for something else. What should the FCC do?



Expand the FM Radio band with more regular FM stations

Create a digital-only FM band with 100s of digital stations

Set it aside for low power FM (LPFM) for stations that only reach a few blocks

Put it up for sale and let the market decide the best use

Use it for wireless internet access, like WiMax

Give it to Haliburton

Put them into the Social Security Lock Box(tm).

FM radio causes cancer.
