No , she has a monitor on her , they could follow her .

Casey will try to flee but won't be successful. She will make up some cock n bull story about searching for Caylee. When she trys this they should revolk the bond and put her back in jail.

I do not think she will flee; however, I believe she is guilty of murder, manslaughter, or severe neglect.

This mom is either not bright enough to run or would not run because she would need to pay her own way which apparently she has not done in the past.

WHERE IS CASEY GOING TO LIVE IF SHE IS RELEASED FROM JAIL???

If Casey did not have a job, then why did she have a babysitter. I don't know of any free babysitters.

The home monitoring device may make that a little difficult but nothing is fool-proof. I hope to God that she makes an effort to advance the search for Caylee instead of lying and impeding once she is released on bond. I guess we'll see...

This gal ain't goin' no where! With the media attention, and even with that dumb assed Orange County Sheriff's Department, it would be virtually impossible!

The devices can be easily slid off. Also in water (shower, bath, pool) they won't work anyway.

What would she gain by running? She will have a monitor.

NO because of the monitor. Otherwise I would think yes she may try to flee.

She's too smart for that. I agree with Padilla, and believe Caylee is alive. There is much more to this whole story than we know.

Casey will not run. She will have on an ankle monitor and 24 hour surveillance from the bounty hunter. I think this is the only way to get Casey to talk. The police can not question her unless her lawyer agrees and he's not going to let her talk. Once she is home, it will be relentless questioning by her family. I think she will cave and finally tell the truth......whatever it is.

Oh HELL YEAH, I just hope the court will pull her passport if she has one, or she is gone like the wind.......

I think casey would flee, she knows where caylee, is She, is w/ the lord above caylee, is watching down as we speak, sh eis the guardian angel. she is in peace. Anyway, i think the clue is that they have found clothing nearby, I think it's caylee's in the woods where the big dogs look for her body, they did smell in her trunk of the car. that is what I think thanks,

Sharron
Aug 18, 2008 10:15pm ET

No, she will not flee, because I too believe that Caylee is alive and really does want to find her, but she's frightened for Caylee's safety.

Brenda
Aug 18, 2008 10:16pm ET

I think she will not be concerned at all about the bondsman losing his money. She will run because she thinks only about herself and avoiding consequences of her actions.

Connie
Aug 18, 2008 10:16pm ET

I believe from the beginning and still do..this gal has gotten into something she can't or doesn't know how to get out of. I think whoever has Caylee wants money or something else and is holding Caylee until Casey supplies it...They say she made frantic calls to parents the day after fathersday...maybe it was because someone took the baby not that something awful had happened to her. When she couldn't reach them..she figured they just weren't returning her calls and she would have to handle it herself. I pray that beautiful little girl is ok.

Aug 18, 2008 10:16pm ET

i think the parents will help her flee and hide - i really think that protection of their daughter, not granddaughter, has been what their efforts have been all about. however, i do think that this will fail and she will end up back in jail ultimately being convicted of the death of caylee.

Aug 18, 2008 10:16pm ET

I'm not sure that hooking up with the cowboy bounty hunter from Mexico is the best alternative for Casey Anthony or her family. He's just there for the publicity and he only adds ridicule to this case. I feel for the grandparents and sweet Caylee. Our prayers are for them.

As a former FOX intern I have followed this story very closely all summer. I firmly believe that Casey knows something more than she is saying and that she will try to run, and possibly even tamper with her monitoring device if she is released. We are all under the impression that Casey is not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but maybe this is another one of her many lies? And quite possibly Casey is smarter than everyone is giving her credit for.

DJ Girl

She is narcissistic beyond reason so I think she will believe she is above the law, therefore no need to flee.

Aug 18, 2008 10:18pm ET

I cannot even believe anyone would put up bail for Casy. Do they honestly believe she is going to try to help find her daughter? Because they have a TV show, think they did it only for the publicity. If she is out why in the world would she try & help find her daughter. Think her daughter, may have died accidently, & she used lousey judgement & tried to get rid of the body. Do not think granny/grandpa are as nice & easy going as they appear. Accident of not, instead of being out partying, she should have told what happened. I personally do not believe Caylee is alive. Of course, she will not help find her daughter. If she lied in jail, why in the world should she change because she is out.

allthough casey will be monitored i feel she will attempt to flee.........the fact that she waited so long before reporting caylee missing is enough to say she doesnt care for anyone but herself. She most likely killed this little girl and i am suprised the police havent gathered enough evidence to charge her with murder yet.

This has been one of the most bizarre stories that we have had in this crazy, mixed up world that we live in - Casey Anthony is guilty of something and after who knows how many months from now the truth will finally be told. I'm just not sure if it will come from this woman because I really don't believe she is capable of truth!

Aug 18, 2008 10:20pm ET

Not only do I think she will at least attempt to run, but don't be surprised when her parents are willing participants! Those monitoring devices have been found on the floor of criminals houses, while they've gotten a huge start on their getaway! Give it up Casey, where's your daughter??

NO, I DO NOT THINK SHE WILL RUN. BUT! I DO THINK SHE WILL BE HARD TO LIVE WITH,SINCE SHE CAN'T GET OUT TO BE WITH HER FRIENDS. AND SHE IS GOING TO HAVE AN AWAKENING,WHEN SHE SEES WHAT THE AMERICAM PEOPLE SAY AND THINK ABOUT HER. AND I AGREE WITH SHEPHARD SMITH, THE BONDSMEN JUST WANT THE MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF PUBLICTY THEY WILL BE GETTING. WOW WEE, HE LOWERED THE BOOM ON ONE OF THEM TODAY. I MEAN HE WAS MADD. AND I HAVE TO AGREE WITH HIM. IT WILL BE GOOD TO WATCH THIS PLAY OUT.

I do not think she will hate the opportunity to flee. I believe she will be monitored very well. I would like to see her arrested for murder, hoping that the police has evidence to prove that and then she will not be released on bail. The grandmother was so upset when she first found the car and her daughter and now she has not shed a tear for her grandaughter. Even if she believes she is alive, I would think she would still be upset because she has not been found. I just think they are just taking it too easy. I also beieve that the parents home could have been put up for bail and why was that not done....

Kathy
Aug 18, 2008 10:21pm ET

I don't think she'll run because there is to much media attention for her to run. I'm curious about what "Dog" Chapman thinks about this bondsman putting up Bond for this lady??

Holly
Aug 18, 2008 10:21pm ET

Why would this Bounty Hunter refer to The police as the enemy. He gets the chance to get his face on TV. Has anyone ever heard of this guy? Whats his motive? Somethings fishy! And if Casey knew that someone she let babysit her child has taken her shouldn't her first response be to let the cops know. My kids are 23 and 21, there gone for 31 minutes and I want to know whats going on and the 23 year old is a Marine.

If the bondsmen change their mind, can they return Casey to jail and get their bond money back? I think if she is released and they talk to her, they may come to the same conclusion that she is an uncooperative liar who knows more than she is saying!

Carolyn
Aug 18, 2008 10:21pm ET

As a Mother of 4 sons..this little girl is a poor excuse for a Mother. I knew where my kids were 24/7. Keep her ass in jail. Shame on her...did she kill the childs Father also..Gives a new meaning to white trash

Ruthie
Aug 18, 2008 10:22pm ET

Yes I think she would try to flee because of guilt and the police knows she is trying to hide something and not truthful. I think she would have plelnty of help from a boy friend or someone. She really needs to have strict monitoring.

Casey Anthony should be released on lesser Bond. Child neglect is a serious criminal charge, the obstruction is not criminal, nor a jailable offence only if it is put with another charge. It doesn't make any sense in our legal and judicial system to detain an individual on high-bail for Child Neglect. I think the Law is Phishing? -Mike

All she needs is a big pair of bolt cutters and she's gone. What does she have to lose...nothing..it's not her money and obviously she couldn't care less if it were her parents money either.

Aug 18, 2008 10:22pm ET

She could cut it off But I think they will be watching her so much plus with all the media if she farts we will know about it. I really don't see how, PLUS the bondsmen are not gonna let her go anywhere She will have someone with her at all times. I don't think she will lead them anywhere either She will be the most watched person If you think Britney was watched it won't even compare. I just hope and pray they find that little baby.

Sure she will try to leave or escape. She is a lot smater than some think. At this point she knows she has nothing to lose. Crimial minds can manlipulate and do sly deeds.

Aug 18, 2008 10:24pm ET

She is looking down on us, in heaven, she is guilty, if she gets out she will flee. but if she did get out, the bouncer hunter, will be w/ her all the way, & deep conversation about caylee's whereabouts, She, knows she did it & find her in the woods, he would know that Caylee, is buried out there he will have to return her bk to jail, of her crime. that caylee, died in the trunk of the car. thanks,

No I do not think she will try and flee. I think she will not be given an opportunity to try and flee I feel the media will be all over her watching her every move. I have been following this case since it first broke all along I have said she is guilty of something much worse than neglect.

Casey Anthony is a NUT!!! I my dog got out of the fence last year and I did more to find him than she is doing to find her own child. She is a BULLY and has bullied her parents and family into believing her web of LIES, but the American public is not buying it not for one moment!!! I think that this bounty hunter is a NUT too. If she hasn't spoken about where her child is while she is in jail, Why on earth would she talk once she is in the comfort of her own ?home?

ann dennis
Aug 18, 2008 10:26pm ET

I am a grandmother of 6 in 3 states. I talk to my children and grandchildren at least 2 times a week. I can not imagine my child acting as casey has and if they did, maybe jail is the place for them. She reminds me so much of Scott Peterson. Weaving webs of lies and deceit and her parents and you are beginning to condon her behavior. She will never be truthful. I look at this beautiful child and IF SHE is to be found alive I would hope her biological father's family will sue for custody even though they have never met her I believe they would probably take better care of her than her own mother and her parents.

JN
Aug 18, 2008 10:27pm ET

All Casey is going to do is put on a show for everyone to see and I feel so sorry for her family. I hope and pray that Caylee is alive, but I feel there is no hope and I hope they at least find her remains, so she can have a proper burial.

MildApplause
Aug 18, 2008 10:28pm ET

It seems to me that if she had nothing to hide, she'd have reported the child missing as soon as the child went missing. She didn't do that. I hate to oversimplify this, but... couldn't it be just as simple as that? I think the first chance she gets she's gonna get that bracelet off and run like billy hell.

NewYork Baby RN
Aug 18, 2008 10:28pm ET

There is something seriously wrong with this girl. And the bounty-hunters want to let her out?! A little child is missing! The mother is not 'co-operating'! That tells the story right there.. She has done something terribly wrong and the moron is 'not talking', as if that will save her. Crazy! What makes the bounty hunters think she will co-operate with them?! Perhaps the authorities need to 'make' her cooperate. She deserves NOTHING. She is as guilty of something sinister as OJ was riding around with a gun to his head or Scott Peterson trying to 'find 'Laci. So sad. In the end, it will be the talent and expertise of the wonderful police department detectives that will solve this case.

CherryRose
Aug 18, 2008 10:28pm ET

Casey's dad is a former detective. He probably knows how to deactivate the ankle monitor. Cindy Anthony has already attempted to manipulate the bounty hunter's team by allowing only one person to be with Casey 24/7. Casey's parents have been controlling the investigation since the beginning. They probably know exactly what happened to Caylee and now want to save their daughter from life in prison and protect their family's image. They will probably expedite Casey's escape.

Aug 18, 2008 10:29pm ET

I don't understand why these two bailers think she's innocent! And yes, I think she will try to flee. She seems sly as well as a liar, and I think a murderer. If she has any "druggie" friends, they will probably hide her or get her out of the state. She is one smart cookie in protecting herself.

jen

The authorities have taken too many precautions for Casey to succeed in that endeavor. She appears to be a very intelligent young woman. I do not believe she would try to escape when she knows that would be next to impossible.

I have a 3yr old grandaughter. I cannot get Caylee out of my mind. How come Cindy did not know anything about Caylee's father. If Casey was my daughter I'd know !!!! She didn't even know his name !!!! Being a Mother, I believe that if Casey talks harm will come to Caylee. I believe someone has Caylee and told Casey if she talks harm would come to Caylee. God bless that adorable little girl.

I agree with Carolyn Aug 18, 2008 10:13pm ET (Casey will try to flee but won't be successful. She will make up some cock n bull story about searching for Caylee. When she trys this they should revolk the bond and put her back in jail.) The problem is she will not have her bail revolked, I believe the Grandparents and Uncle should be held for child endangourment because they knew how their daughter(Casey) was as a parent. I feel the only person in that house that could act like a adult was Caylee. And IF Caylee is found alive by the grace of God she'll NEVER go back to ANY of those people.

Aug 18, 2008 10:29pm ET

I have believed from the start that she had left the baby with the babysitter, thinking the babysitter either took her or sold her. Now the bounty hunter has further convinced me as I hadn't really thought of drugs...what else - with the lifestyle she had gotten into - just young kids.....I further think that the babysitter went to the office of the apartments, found out what apartment was empty, then gave Casey that address to bring Caylee to and took her from Casey and just took off....let's hope that's the answer and they find her. She'll (the babysitter) just hold off turning in Caylee until she is guaranteed immunity & the $250,000. Let's hope this is the scenario and they get Caylee out safely....Thanks for your awesome coverage of this situation

Diana
Aug 18, 2008 10:31pm ET

I don't see her running at all. Maybe going out to party. If she cared one little bit about that lil girl of hers, she would be talking to the police. It's all about Casey. Nothing more. I hope the police find the baby and then Casey can spend the rest of her life in jail. I feel so sorry for the Baby.....

Lyn Herring
Aug 18, 2008 10:32pm ET

I believe Casey's attorney knows she is guilty, and has set up this bonding out so she can run. Her parents suposedly had at one point most of the $50,000 and that is the money she will run on. Everyone (Casey, grandparents, her brother, attorney, bounty hunter, and bail bondsman are operating in deception are is pretending the child is still alive for their own reasons.

Aug 18, 2008 10:32pm ET

These two men actually believe they had to go there from California and do what the FBI and law enforcement couldn't?How could anyone, including her lawyer, think that she would help with her child outside of jail, when she's not willing to help being on the inside? The month of silence before it all came out in the open, blows everything else out of the water. No mother on this planet that I know, would do what Casey is doing.

mernie
Aug 18, 2008 10:32pm ET

I feel that she is one of the worst excuses I have ever seen for a mother. IF she wanted rid of Kaylee, she should have let the Grandparents have her, or there are hundreds of people who would have considered it a BLESSING to be given such beautiful child to love.

Cynthia
Aug 18, 2008 10:32pm ET

Casey is a liar and a self centered brat who has manipulated everyone. Her family have catered to her and enabled her to parade around bars, go drinking and enter 'hot body' contests while her child is 'missing'. Of course she is a flight risk! She went 'missing' for over a month moving in with her new boyfriend and (dumping caylee) while her mother believed she was in Jacksonville. Remember Andrew Luster, the convicted rapist? He managed to free himself from a home monitoring device and flee to Mexico. As for the bounty hunter's comment that a mother wouldn't kill her own child... Wake up and smell the coffee!!! Remember Susan Smith who killed her 2 baby boys? Andrea Yates who killed 5 of her children? Dianne Downs, who shot her 3 kids? Darlie Lynn Rutier..on death row for killing her 2 sons?

I feel that she will not run, she knows she will be watched. I just feel that no baby will show up. This bounty hunter should have put his money where it really is needed, if he wants to give his money to a good cause, this monster does not qualify. She killed that baby!!!!.., Hope within time dead or "alive", this baby will be found. By the way what happen to the results of the car?

Yvonne Smith
Aug 18, 2008 10:34pm ET

If she can see any way to flee, I think she will. I don't think she will want to be in the same house with her parents, but that may be her only choice. How a mother can sit in jail and she no concern for her child's whereabouts is beyond me. But the grandmother has given how many interviews, and so politely given tours through the home and yard, showing no emotion. How does she do that? I would be beyond myself. Falling apart. Begging..... Have we seen that from any of the family? This is a strange set of circumstances.

Susanna
Aug 18, 2008 10:36pm ET

I believe Casey has some very serious issues. This is a person who needs help. I fear that poor Caylee has fallen to her mother's mental illness. I don't believe that Casey will help or admit to any wrongdoing. This whole issue is just crazy!!!!!

Helen
Aug 18, 2008 10:36pm ET

The bail bondsman and bounty hunter have too much to loose if Casey were to take off. Not only are THEY going to keep a close eye on her but so are the police and I am sure her family. I am sure that there is alot more behind this story then anyone can even imagine and I am praying that Caylee is okay. I have a daughter Casey's age and I know how she shuts down if something happens and it seems like everyone is coming at on her and she will tell you what she thinks you want to hear so that everyone will get off her back so that she can do what needs to be done - granted it has never been anything as serious as this, but I can have some empathy for Casey. Unfortunatly in many cases like this people always tend to think the worse. Everyone is assuming that Casey has hurt Caylee and all of that energy has been put into trying to find proof that she did instead of looking for the little girl. How is everyone going to feel when the child is found alive and well? I hope they feel alot of shame! And they will owe Casey and the Anthony family many apologizes!

Aug 18, 2008 10:36pm ET

I don't think she'll be able to run, not because of the ankle monitor, but because this Padilla says someone from his team will be watching her 24/7, possibly staying in the house with her. Maybe being in the surroundings of where Caylee lived with her, will make her "crack" because it will bring back memories. Remember, she cried and broke down to her brother when the mother was questioning her before she got arrested.

I believe this psycho babe will try all kinds of stunts to try (unsuccessfully) to get away or hide from the eventual charges that are awaiting her. Most I presume recognize that this unbalanced biological oven cares little for life, only of her self and will likely end up a true psycho in the end, unless she successfully terminates herself while under scruitiny. And that Padilla is only looking for publicity, he is a few bricks short of a load.

I think Casey will take all this as far as she can drag it out for. But once it hits the fan, I believe Casey will kill herself before she ever returns to jail for the rest of her life or has to stay on death row 10 or 20 years before she gets the needle. Sadly, I do not think Cindy & George Anthony will ever accept that their daughter harmed their grandchild. George acts like he is pulled both ways, living with Cindy, I guess he can't voice how he really feels. This is all so very sad. Poor little Caylee, just 3 years old. Cindy said Casey took Caylee away so she could BOND with her child. I wonder WHY Casey felt she could not bond with Caylee under her parents roof? And why nobody talks about that anymore?

You think she's not smart?? Well, I think the old adage of "stupid like a fox" fits her perfectly. She's had plenty of time to think about elaborate plans to flee, but these bounty hunters are light years ahead of anything she could dream up. If she were more intelligent, and she did harm her child, with the attitude she has been displaying, she would be called a sociopath: someone without remorse or feelings; someone without regard for the consequences of their actions. Let's hope it is only narcissism that prompted whatever actions resulted in the accidental or deliberate death of her child. I pray that I am wrong on all counts and the child is alive; perhaps not entirely safe, but at least alive!!!

I do not think Casey will try to flee. I do think if anything she will probably try to hurt herself. If she has not been intimadated enough by the police to talk, then she will definitely not be intimadated by Mr. Padillo.

She will run and then say she was looking for caylee. And Her parents will be helping her by saying they were following up on all the tips that they have been getting, since the police are not doing there job. When in reality they do not have far to look then right in their daughters owe eyes. I would like to say that if they find out she had something to do with this whole thing, and has been jerking everyones chaing,I hope her and her parents PAY all the expenses that this has been costing the tax payers. She is a brat. And her parents have been enabling her for years.

Is there a slight chance Casey got in touch with Caylee's father's family, left her with them, then had a change of heart and things got out of hand. I can't believe the Media, Mark Furman, The Police, National Inquirer, and all the other agencies out there hasn't found out who the father of Caylee is and where his family lives. May faith and hope from this caring Nation lead to finding this beautiful little girl.. thank you for your coverage Cricket

Don't you think that if a person had kidnapped her that telling the police would help her to get her back. The whole family is setting into place a senario that would allow Casey to make the public and the police think that the kidnappers have now killed her baby and left her in a remote place that the police will soon discover. Because she burned and buried this little angel. No one will no the exact time and death. Fate will catch up with this little liar sooner or later. Technology is on our side Casey.

Aug 18, 2008 11:01pm ET

I believe she will attempt to flee, but find it impossible. My gut instinct on this case has been an accidental drowning or left in a hot car from the beginning. Her problem is she is a lying pyscopath and unable to tell the truth. Fortunately, I have only met one in my life and he pretty much tried to put me under financially, stole money, credit cards, jewelry, etc. I finally got to a phone while in a stolen car with him and the police were able to stop him before he stopped me (permanently).

Aug 18, 2008 11:01pm ET

I think she will try to go and it will validate her guilt. She has no sense of resposibility and she uses lies to put the blame elsewhere. She is extremely immature and maybe is trying to escape the reality by believing the lies herself. I hope I am wrong but worry that I am right. We all want the baby to be safe. Hope for a good outcome.

Aug 18, 2008 11:01pm ET

Casey is too stupid to try and run. I do believe that she will either mess up (she is too cocky right now) or she will somehow run straight to her. I can not believe that this girl has not been hysterical over her missing child. I think that if I truly believed that someone had one of my children, I would want to hurt the person that took them and I'd be angry interspersed with uncontrollable tears of heartbreak. Grandmom and Gramps need to start talking and stop protecting their daughter. If the granddaughter means that much to them they will move heaven and earth to get to her and their daughter be damned.

Susan H
Aug 18, 2008 11:02pm ET

I fear Casey will end up a suicide if she is released from jail. She appears to have killed or sold the child, and with all the media coverage, and as unstable a person as she seems, I think her way out of this mess may be suicide. Her family has had such a terrible tragedy with this situation, although her mother and father seem to be very strange also.

Karen

I think that bounty hunter looks like a good catch for Casey. I heard him say that the only drugs that she uses is alcohol and weed. So, I guess that he's going to get her a case and a doobie and then she will tell him everything.

Shirley

She isn't smart enough to put together a plan to run. Where would she run too? By the way, who put this "nut" up to helping her get out of jail. Something really wrong with that situation. I actually think that Casey will lead someone to the body - but not on purpose. She's so stuck on herself and the attention she is getting that she will play a game and screw up by telling something she shouldn't. She deserves to spend the rest of her life in jail with the regular population, not protected. See how smart she is then.

I think she would flee. I believe she was responsible for her child's death. I believe that she wanted to go out to the bars and couldn't afford a sitter. I believe the child was asleep in the back seat and when Casie arrived at the bar, she placed her child in the trunk of the car, thinking she would sleep safely. When she returned to the car and opened the trunk of the car, she found her child dead.

Aug 18, 2008 11:09pm ET

If I were the grandmother of this little girl, I would not want to speak to the media. I would just hit a pew, in a church, and pray like crazy that some resolution comes of this fiasco. Someone needs to look into who is the father of this baby girl because something is not kosher here. Let's all hope that this little girl is still alive, but this remains to be seen. Sad, sad mess.

Greta, They make movies out of stuff like this. Try this scenereo -- Casey is being used as a mule. she has a job to do to secure Caylee's safe release. But she is arrested and cannot do what ever it is that she was suppose to do. What ever it is, may be hid somewhere and her only security to see to Caylee's safety, is that she alone is the one who know's where this something is. She couldn't tell anyone anything, because everything is being recorded. It is no easy thing to do that time behind bar's. Thank God this bondsman and bounty hunter, who remembered when he almost lost his 3 year old daughter at a soccer game, and has come to her aid. Why doesn't everyone just pray for the best. The rest hasn't worked, it is time to try something new, no matter how smart or how much experience everyone has in matter's like this, each case is different and this one is particularly different, I think all will agree. What is this bounty hunter's motivation for posting bond in the first place? Think he should just leave it alone and is just throwing a monkey wrench into the investigation...I don't think she'll run, but will do something equally as stupid because she just can't seem to help herself! This is the MOST frustrating case - where is Caylee??? That Casey did not report her child missing immediately and is not cooperating with law enforcement all this time is very telling...what "Mom" could go out partying when her child is missing??? I became separated from my daughter for about 5 mins. in a major theme park when she was 4 years old & practically needed resuscitation after she was safely found. Casey should just remain in prison until she is forthcoming with the truth!

Pyscopaths are way too self-centered to commit suicide. That is the last thing on their minds. They are too busy figuring out the next lie. Remember, she has lied consistantly to the police, her parents, her brother and will lie to the guy bailing her out.

She will if she thinks she will be successful., otherwise,no. Fleeing is an admisssion of guilt and only if certain of the outcome will she do it. Admittedly she is no rocket scientist or she wouldn't have believed we were so stupid. Of course her lies have always worked before and this is where all liars eventually find themselves. Not everyone are so gullible as the parents who showed her the way by buying her inane lies. It is sad, but it is justice. Sorry. :)

How many lies can she tell and who is paying all this overtime for investigators? The grandmother said "just because you tell lies, doesn't make a you a murderer", Then can she explain why her grandaughter has been missing all this time? When the detectives showed her Ms.Gonzales picture, how come Casey didn't know who she was? Its time for tough love for the daughter and really focus on what she did to her little girl! She disappeared at the hands of her mother! Stop with the games and lies and find closure for the grandaughter!

i think she would have confided in her parents or her brother by now if caylee was alive. i still think she left her alone in the swimming pool and she drowned. i believe she buried the body or threw the body in the water by the airport. are there alligators in that body of water??? if the parents are so careful about the ladder and the box for the pool to keep caylee out of the pool--then why wouldn't they be just as careful of other kids in the neighborhood--gate open and ladder mysteriously snapped on the pool. and during the flurry of calls-why didn't her parents answer their cell phones??

From what I see and hear, it seems Casey was needing money badly. Could she have possibly "sold" the child? This family is the most bizarre family I have ever seen!! If Casey and Caylee lived with them, why would it take a month before the grandparents began to wonder where their granddaughter was?!! I have nothing but anger and contempt for Casey from what I have seen on Greta"s show and Greta has done an outstanding job of covering this troubling story!

Aug 18, 2008 11:32pm ET

The Bounty hunter with the ten gallon hat is looking for publicity for "self".Casey is well sane. And for her Grandmother (Caseys Mom) to horse about for thirty days before calling is obsurd. The GM knows more than she is telling too. This looney will mess about and get off free.Tho I with all others pray this child is ok.Casy is not insane ;she was just getting her headache out of her way so she could party .She knew Mommy would try to help her.Thats her problem she has been spoiled all her life .

What happened to the carseat? If someone took her and put her into another car, it makes sense they would take the carseat. If someone did her harm, the car seat wouod still be in the car when it was found. I never did hear where Casey was found, apparently niot in the car. I don't believe the forensic results of the air test of the trunk and hair and body fluids are not back yet. They are back...there is some reason the police have not disclosed the results. Employees of the apartment complex whee a Zanaida Gonzalez filled out a card to rent the apartment said she had short black hair. The Zenaida policwe questioned had very long hair. maybe there is another Zenaida. But...Why are police so willing to believe the one they questioned just because she says she doesn't know Casey? Ironically I think she is also a baby sitter.

No she won't run she has all the attention she likes. Also I believe that Casey left with Caylee because her and her Mom had a fight over Caylee, and Caylee probably cried for her Grandma and Casey went off on Caylee and accidently killed her. Cindy said Casey took Caylee to bond with her, if that was the case why didn't Grandma know where her own daughter was all them days? I believe there is another fiber in this bunch. Oh and as for the Bounty Hunter I smell something fishy. Wonder who really hired him??????? This is a set up to get Casey off.

Anyone who is posting bail may withdraw and revoke anytime without cause. This individual(s) do not have to return Casey to jail. Although, the bail-posting individual(s) must be released from the Court vacated; this is a perceptual agreed upon contractual agreement with the Court, so it knows whats going-on forthwith. Carolyn you are right Casey is a very spoiled mean gal in witch the whole nation heard her f----ing this and that to her mother on the phone. Yet her parent's you can tell lets her. Deep inside they know the toddler is dead but they are going to lie and do what ever they can to cover for their daughter. Look what all Grandma Cindy has lied about from even the very start of Casey stealing her car. Casey I heard even lied about who Caylee's father is. Greta, first of all, I think you are so smart and tenacious in finding the truth on many cases/mysteries and I have much respect. I try to watch "On the Record" as often as I can...I also remember watching you on another channel...and I was impressed then as well... Regarding this very perplexing situation and possibly criminal act to a darling little girl whom I hope will be found safe and healthy, my first thoughts were about a possible horrible accident (e.g. left in a car for too long in the Florida heat...I later learned of a pool at grandparents' house...)...if it was a horrible accident, and Casey was terrified and tried to call her parents so many times as apparently has been traced to her cell phone...guess we can only imagine what may have happened...perhaps terrible misjudgment in a state of panic. My question to Greta is "what would happen legally to Casey it she admitted to some sort of a terrible accident?" I'm waiting for the DNA evidence which will prove much...I think one very damning piece of "circumstantial" evidence is the phone call to 911 from Casey's mother when she said the car smells like something died (not exact words)...I sure hope DNA tests prove otherwise... It's so hard to understand how a mother could harm their child...it makes me think back on the Susan Smith case where she drowned her children in her car....horrendous...and how she lied to the media...insane, in my opinion...I pray Caylee has not endured any pain and has not left our world because of such horrible and insane judgment. I have many more thoughts...what a beautiful little girl...

The bail bonds man and all these other people coming in and making a mockery of the justice system it!s a circus and I dont trust any of these peoples I am sick of listening to all of them they!re all lying they have no moral and God will take care of them all.

Some of you continually support Spin, doing so ignore Greta's question. The pronoun is Casey. There is no mention of Kaylee; answer the question specifically. -Mike

SOCIOPATH Casey is a SOCIOPATH - Unfortunately, everyone refers to the "half truths," and "lies," that Casey has a continual habit of spouting, but neglect to understand what these lies are all about. Our jails are filled with SOCIOPATH's, (look at the statistics) - these are people who have 'no concept' of repercussion, no feeling of guilt, and no worries about how their actions affect others. Hopefully, the description of a"SOCIOPATH" can be explored by a trained professional for your viewing audience as well as Casey's parents to hear. A SOCIOPATH leaves everyone around them scratching their heads trying to make sense from well woven lies... SOCIOPATH's are generally attractive, bright, and charming, having no concern about their actions. For them there is no concern about "tomorrow." For the average person, a SOCIOPATH's lies are impossible to understand. Their is NO EXPLANATION for this type of person's behavior. Please look up the DESCRIPTION of SOCIOPATH and apply that to this case. Perhaps someone can then make sense out of all this nonsense.

If law enforcement is forced to released Casey from her cell; NO ONE WILL ever hear from her .... again the baby somehow got in her mother's way. The mother got rid of the child. All appearance shows that the baby was just holding the parent back ! ! ! I believe both the mother and the grandmother know what has transpiredwith this poor little girl. All indications the baby; has been killed. The mother and the grandparents are either all knowledgable, and should ALL BE CHARGED TO THE FULLEST. bma

FOX NEWS CREW - PLEASE RELAY THIS TO JULIE: Julie Banderas talked too much during the interview with Dr. Alan Lipman on 8/17. She has done this before on past news shows. Don't get me wrong, Julie is the hottest anchor on FOX but as a regular viewer, I would have liked to have heard more from Dr. Lipman (the expert) and less from Julie (the layman interviewer). He was covering some very interesting points about the case and she kept interrupting. She was rude and annoying. Maybe you should have Dr. Lipman on again...he definitely brings a lot of insight to the table.

the whole thing is an absolute shame. all i see is a cat and mouse game. that's right, release her and lets give her enough rope to hang herself. i understand that she has a monitor, well what is the distance she can go to look for her daughter? the whole thing of letting her out of jail to me is a bunch of crock. she's in, leave her there to rot. i have no pity for her at all. i see crocodile tears. i apologize to those persons that my statement may offend. don't get me wrong, i believe in god, and i know that i should not judge, but enough is enough. this whole thing is making me sick to my stomach. look, there could be a child crying for her mommy, and this so called mother possibly knows where her baby is, and won't say. WHY? nothing in life could keep me from trying to get my daughter. i have a personal situation that i live with every day of my life, and i hurt for it. yes, it has to do with one of my daughters, and nothing in this world will keep me from the task i have a head of me to get my daughter back. so you see, i as a mother can not understand this person playing this game and putting her daughter through such torment. okay now on the other hand, what if her daughter is not alive, (god bless her soul), and casey knows this as, well as the grandparents. shame on them all, i feel they all should rot in jail, and get the death penalty. no trial, just get it done. how could any person (knowingly) just go on day after day and not fess up to what actually happened, whatever it may be.look we all make mistakes, my god, but it you make a life threaten mistake with a child, take action to make amends. if it were an accident, murder, neglect, whatever, this child should be given the right to rest in peace. her soul is not at rest, she deserves a proper burial. so what do we think, day after day. we as concerned citizens are stressed over this poor child's disappearance, it is so overwhelming. everyone in america is interested in the results of this whole bizarre story. i'm sure everyone also prays for callie's safe return. there are those of us that just want to see that no good mother hang for what has happened. whatever the story, her refusal to cooperate is criminal in my eyesight. once the truth comes out and she is found guilty along with the grandparents, which i feel are lying, i would simply say, "off with the heads". i pray for the family anyway, that god see fit to do what deems necessary, guide the minds of those persons involved in the investigation, and it if there should ever be a trial at any point and time, that god guides the judicial system to make a proper decision, and most all that god holds callie close to his heart, keep her from harm if she is alive. however, if we have lost another precious child due to the mother's neglect, etc. i pray that she has enough love for her child to put her at rest, give her to god so he can take her home, where she will have nothing but love and happiness, which apparently didn't happen for her here on this earth from her family. god watch over her, hold her close. i pray for all mothers that we never experience nothing as horrible as this story. god bless us all.

There are alot of missing children in this world. Look , at the case of the little girl Madiline from last year, she hasn't been found. This, is a big and, cruel world that, we live in. But, we don't know the truth we, are only getting bits and, pieces and, we are all just spectulating about what happened. Why, can't we all just pray and, unite as a country. Saying ugly things about this mother Casey is the wrong thing to do. We can't pass judgement on someone we don't know. I pesonally turn my faith to God. And, tell him to help this family, that's what they need is our prayers. We, don't need to pass judgement on anyone. I am ashamed of some of the coments I have read. None, of us would want anyone to pass judgement on us. So, why do you pass judgement on this mother. We, all need to ask for forgiveness. Pray for this Nation, pray for the sick, the homeless our men and, women in the arm forces. Pray, that in November that, we elect a President to run this beautiful country that, we live in. Pray for all those people in south central Florida because ,of this approaching storm that is coming their way. I pray every night that this beautiful little girl will return safely to her family. Caylee, you are in my thoughts and, prayers and, I hope the rest of the world is praying for you. For, Casey and, the grandparents please, stay strong and, keep your faith in God our Lord Jesus , Savior and, Christ . God Bless You.

Hi rose, You mentioned Gods at least six times in your writing. Each time, your mention of a directive God is not compatible with the context and consistency of your paragraphs. There are many Gods, which one do you mean? I can tell by your language, whichever one of six Gods you refer to does not serve the rights of all because you've convicted Casey already. By the way, her daughter's name is Kaylee with a capital letter K. -Mike

She WON'T try to flee because she is so good at lieing, and her parents are so gullible, she will keep spinning her "tall Tales" and keep people running in circles. Has everyone forgotten about her abandoning her mother's car because it STUNK TOO BAD TO DRIVE? The smell did not come from an old pizza. A radio station did a test with a pizza and it dried up and left no bad smell. If you had "nannies" or babysitters, what was she PAYING THEM WITH? She wasn't working! And wouldn't you have old "checks" where you had paid them? And she claims the gas cans were for running out of gas and that the "gas gauge" was broken & some friend took it to get it fixed. What friend? Where's the repair bill? Did anyone think she used the gas to burn items or the body out in the woods? I think the little girl drowned in the pool while Casey was inside the house, and she decided to cover it up for fear it would interfere with her new "love life" with Tony.

That dumbell, doesn't need to get out of jail and her parents need to stop listening to her. They are just a crazy as she is, for believing what she says.. If one of my children said that their child was missing and it had been a month,I would have kicked their hiney...Now that Casey, won't let her brother come visit her and her parents either, they should realize, that she had something to do with her disapperance....whether she is alive or dead, I do believe she is dead.. That pyschic, that had the dogs, if she knew anything , she didn't need dogs, she would have told them right away where the little girl was, she was a big nut.....

Why didn't she leave the babie alone with her parents they know good and well the mom and child did not bond and that does'nt happen on the vacation from hell if they were going to bond it would of happened right after the girl was born I can not believe Cindy Anthony let that baby go any where with her daughter she always questioned bruising on the child and heard the way caylee was spoke to crazy to think that it was as easy to leave baby with the only parents she knew the grandparents. She could of then had her
