What should be done to overcome the current financial crisis in the LoI?

Nothing. Clubs should be left to overcome their self-inflicted problems themselves.

The FAI should step in to offer their support to the clubs worst affected.

The Government should intervene and provide assistance in the form of grants to troubled clubs.

The Platinum One model should be implemented asap to help the bigger clubs survive.

The structure of the league should be completely reviewed and a new 22-team Republic of Ireland league put in place to ensure a wider spread of the wealth.
