How good is the post "Who Do You Design For: Clients or Users?"

this article starts off amazing and then kind of fizzles. i would have loved to read about some strategies that you use to help a design challenged client see the light.

I don't think the article was written to instruct. It was written to make designers think and debate a topic. I love the heated conversations in the comment boxes.
