Have you experienced problems with Apple's MobileMe today?

I call apple, they have very limited support for MobileMe. They apologise, But there is no one else to call, Mobile me has no support techs !" I'm having a problem getting Outlook to Sync e mail and calendars. Now its reload Itunes, do they think every one has a fiber connection. I asked to purchase a cd, NONE Available!

I am furious at the lack of email service. Apple Mail failed last week, and today I attempted to switch email service to Microsoft Entourage as my alternative of choice. Everything is totally screwed up. Help!
