Zillow's Zestimate for my home (or homes in my neighborhood) is ...

In one year I was able to compare Zillow w/the county's property tax model (when they raised mine) and the assessment of my morgage company's assessor when I tried sucessfully to get out of morgage insurance. Rank from low to high was: County property tax model, Zillow, and finally the assessor that toured the house.
