Can the Yankees survive without Joba?

i voted yes, although i share your discontent. here's how my brain works....if one player makes the difference of survival, then the Yanks werent destined to survive the year to begin with. that being said....with or without that one player, (be it Joba or anyone else), the Yankees will somehow survive. if anyone disagrees, then they gotta admit that this wasnt a survive year for the Yanks in the first place. does that make sense?

I guess in some way that does make sense... I think. :\
