Should saggy or baggy pants be outlawed?

i think they are to be lock up for showing thier behind.no body want to see thier behind.

If the undrewear shows it should be indecent exposure and a pay fine, from any sort of LAW Inforcement that sees the offense.

It is a shame and a disgrace for anyone to walk around looking like that. This should fall under the indecent exposure law.

Yes, baggy pants should be banned! It's disgusting to see! Aren't these young people violating obscenity laws by showing their underwear in public? I think they do it to annoy people or to get a reaction/response from us.

Most kids might think twice about wearing pants off their butts if they knew where it started. It started in prisons. If your pants hung off your butt, it meant you were available for sex.

Yes. I agree with everyone else. Its just wrong to wear your pants hanging down like that. It looks terrible and i dont think anyone should have to see it. Pull the pants up, wear a normal fitting size, and then you wont have to walk around with both hands on your pants pulling them up all the time!

Yes, I think baggy pants should be outlawed, as well as these girls that wear skin tight pants with a top that appears to be the same size as what they may have worn when they were two! They should be charged with indecent exposure, because no one wants to see their "new boxers" or some chunky girls "jelly roll." I believe that if you have to keep pulling your pants up or pulling your shirt down then you're probably wearing the WRONG size clothing. Further more, with as many sex offenders that live here among us, you would think that parents would be more out to make sure their children were not exposing their bodies.

Baggy pants first came from prison, one size fits all. Why would you want your style to come from there? Our young people could find something better to dress after. Yes I agree with freedom of expression, but let’s be wise in choosing our freedoms so we don't loose them.

This is ridiculous to even discuss this matter. Let's face it, we all wore clothes that our parents didn't like. If there is going to be laws against sagging (which I don't care for either), there should be laws against men wearing nut huggers so tight that you can see the size of their package. I don't wanna be exposed to that either. We also have young women wearing their jeans so low that we see crack, not underwear. Let's not focus on one type of inappropriate dress. Plumber's have been showing crack for years.

The problem is Indecent Exposure! No matter how they wear their clothes. Too tight, too loose... that doesn't matter. What DOES matter is that the kids have taken things too far! Worse yet, is their PARENTS LET THEM! Yes, baggy pants should be outlawed, I hate nothing more than seeing someone's nasty underwear......on a boy or girl! Yes, girls low riders are just as bad with their thong hanging out the top seeing their crack! People don't want to see that! It is YOUR job to make sure your child has proper fitting clothes that cover their bodies! If we DON'T BUY THEM, then the stores will stop selling them!!! Things aren't like they used to be when we as parents were growing up!
