Should In-Flight Cellular/VoWi-Fi Calling Be Permanently Banned?



Yes, there's no reason travelers can't wait until they're on the ground to use phones.

No, the potential benefits of in-flight calling outweigh the hassles.

In-flight calling shouldn't be banned outright, but it should be carefully regulated.

If your definition of "in flight" does not include when you are stuck in the airplane on the ground I could agree with the ban. People need to be able to call whomever is picking them up at the airport and let them know of the delay. There are other reasons that being able to call as you taxi in/out and hold would be very useful and necessary.
