Who do you trust?

If the preponderance of science and research says that such things have a net benefit, then go for it.

The precautionary principle rules; if there is any doubt at all, don't do it.

It should be up to the individual what they put in their mouths. Give it to me pure and unadulterated.

Without flouride, which I realize is a super-toxin, we have mercury fillings, which is a super-toxin. It's tough to pick your poison.
