these features are all great, but the only thing that is really missing for a long time are additional languages for the interface. Many of my relatives don´t use GENI because they don´t know english that much. Hope, that internationalization of GENI is a top priority for the next release!
i do strongly back Maxwell's point!
The feature we miss the most is i18n.
We need localized Geni in order for our family to use it, they usually don't understand english.
Same comment as my predecessors : WE ABSOLUTELY NEED LOCALISATION !!
It is our #1 feature request !
I am waiting for this, to send all my invitations...
The new LANGUAGES feature is great ! Congratulations !! (-:
Yes, I18N is a showstopper for most of the family, and heritage.com or whatever they called their geni clone offers localised interface.
I'm sure we all would like to help to translate it, you have to make it possible and offer some cookies. ;-)
Where is the Geni option to translate to spanish or other language ?
Please try a new pool: Video Uploads or Localisation ???
Guys, more than one year in the queue and everybody asking .... what's up ?
hello, i really appreciate the way geni is getting better day by day. i think to make geni a much better site, chatting on the website will be highly appreciated among many geni users. wat do u think??
These new features look cool, but until Geni adds support for adopted relationships, I can't roll it out to my family. Its a showstopper.
My family all speaks english so the lack of other languages isn't a problem for us, but it would be good if Geni supported localisation of timezones. It's silly receiving notifications of birthdays and anniversaries the day after they happen (we're GMT+12).
