if insurance companies help people when they first get hurt instead of 7 to 10 years later we all would pay less work comp but they like to play God and maybe you'll die in a car accident then its case closed ,why do we let insurence companys get away with so much ive been hurt since 2001 and when they decided to get around to me i lost my home my family and all i had but they see it as ....oh well

18 yrs working for a Carton folding corp. Without a recorded Injury. Blew out a disk L5 -S1 waiting on close to 4 years for Workmans comp to decide to get their heads out of their Ass & learn how to read a QME report and for them to tell me that I was born with a bad back. You guys have to do alot better than that. The California system has to be the worse right up there next to our Governor. Somebody needs to fix this like right NOW. Thanks for ruining my life California & Rock Tenn.
