Such a dilemma... I have heard of people wanting to start programs in vacation areas where people are traveling distances to go home after a week, two weeks, etc. at the beach can clean the fridge and pantries and donate potential trash to a food bank or other such program. That seems like a good idea, but I see the issues, too...

Once again our arrogance as Americans just may leave us starving. Food from strangers I thought, was just how one of our most cherished holidays started...Thanksgiving!
