What is Crystal Palace's first move? (Poll Closed)

I thought that the aim was to gain quick elevation, to be offered a job at a new team asap. There is no use buying a 'young stud' if we are just going to move straight onto a bigger and better team, because young players are bought for development and as investments, not for instant results.
