Marcelous Agers Jr. - Aloha man severed a finger when Hillsboro police subdued him by firing six "sponge rounds" at him to drop the hammer witnesses say he was using to threaten residents

Ronald Johnson - Limo driver allegedly shoved city spokeswoman Mary Volm off her Vespa. Volm said she was nearly hit by the limo and slapped the vehicle when Johnson came out and shoved her twice.

Adam Leckie or Patrick Schrepping - Motorist and cyclist get into street brawl that ends with both men fighting over a bike lock on the ground which Schrepping used to hit Leckie in the head.

On March 31, 2009, a Multnomah County jury found Portland limousine driver Ronald Warren Johnson not guilty of all charges stemming from an incident with Portland spokesperson Mary Volm and her Vespa scooter in Downtown Portland on July 10, 2008. The jury rendered its unanimous not guilty verdict after hearing testimony from several witnesses including Ms. Volm and Mr. Johnson. Mr. Johnson is represented by attorney Benjamin O. Falk of the law firm Case & Dusterhoff, LLP located in Beaverton. The case number is Multnomah County 0807-49432.
