How would you rate the TWIC process?

I enrolled in jan of 09 and it is march and I still havent gotten my twic card the people who are suppose to help just read you the same thing that on the site I have a wife and two kids and cant work till I get it thats what sucks about twic

I work off shore and I have seen this come into effect. There are folks out of work becouse of a dead line that the goverment cant finish there job in compleating the prosess in a timely manner. A man may have been working offshore for years doing the same job with no problems but becouse of a date he is now a terrorist and needs a escort to do the same job. And why should we have to pay to prove were secure to work when its there job to prove were not. I did my time in the army. That alone should have been my payment. Stop the inflow across the borders and have a stiffer fine for the one's who work em.But I guess so many has came to the USA now all of us is a terrorist. And the working man is the one to pay for it. To drive is a privilege and now I see that work is also.
