I don't even have so much as a single traffic violation! Give me my damn card already so I can work under this tyrannical government. We know this is just bureaucracy and that the borders are wide ass open. Hell airport security even gave clearance to the underwear bomber and shoe bomber! FUCK TSA!

I was verbally assaulted and physically battered and falsely imprisoned -- not allowed to leave the office by having a Lockheed Martin employee physically bar me from leaving the TWIC enrollment office -- at the second interview. This was done by a 200-lb female Lockheed Martine TWIC person at the Atlantic Beach North Carolina center because I returned the card, which was incorrect, to that person and pointed out to her the error. The TSA and Lockheed Martin have whitewashed the incident in hopes that it will go away. It will not.
The TWIC intake persons are apparently trained to treat seamen and other port people as second-class citizens who are somehow or the other dangerous to them as first class citizens -- and of course our social betters. The attitude is obvious and the training is obvious.
The TWIC process is inherently discriminatory. I was told by a DHS person "If that is your name, you do not get a TWIC." I am just happy my name is not Abdullah or with several abu-names. If one has a hyphenated name or an unusual name or one that the intake person just does not like Lockheed Martin makes up a name for you.
Apparently Lockheed Martin and the TSA can get away with passing out false identification documents which do not correspond to either passport or MMD or the REAL ID Act. because they can. Lockhheed Martin can also get away with hiring people who could not get a TWIC to be TWIC "trusted agents."
The whole process is billion dollar theater enriching a government contractor at the expense of the security of our ports and our people.

I work off shore and I have seen this come into effect. There are folks out of work becouse of a dead line that the goverment cant finish there job in compleating the prosess in a timely manner. A man may have been working offshore for years doing the same job with no problems but becouse of a date he is now a terrorist and needs a escort to do the same job. And why should we have to pay to prove were secure to work when its there job to prove were not. I did my time in the army. That alone should have been my payment.
Stop the inflow across the borders and have a stiffer fine for the one's who work em.But I guess so many has came to the USA now all of us is a terrorist. And the working man is the one to pay for it. To drive is a privilege and now I see that work is also.

I enrolled in jan of 09 and it is march and I still havent gotten my twic card the people who are suppose to help just read you the same thing that on the site I have a wife and two kids and cant work till I get it thats what sucks about twic
