That was Montalban's REAL chest. He just worked out a lot! Though it's obviously Montalban's real chest, Meyer confirmed this on the director's commentary because he tired of being asked! Yep. This would make a great episode. Khan's dialogue fits Stewie's so well: 'from hell's heart, I stab at thee; for hate's sake, I spit my last breath at thee (paraphrase)'.
