How can building a safer road for the people of Suao and Hualien and everyone including 'Da Hua Shimbun' superstar Tzen Hung Jih-san and his shadow cabinet be controversial? The long a short of the matter is that the new Government is trying to improve the lives of people in the East of Taiwan. Otherwise there is no good reason to water down or negate the work of the new Government.
