ANY TIME THERE IS A BUDGET PROBLEM ALL WE HEAR IS CUT THE POLICE,CUT THE FIREMEN,CUT THE TEACHERS. WE NEVER HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT CUTTING ADMINISTRATION HEADS. THEY KEEP CUSHY JOBS AND THE WORKING FORCE GETS THE AX. WHEN I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WE HAD A PRINCIPAL, A V.P. 3 COUNCELORS AND 3 JANITORS, WITH A GRADUATION CLASS OF 1100 STUDENTS, IM TALKING 1974. SOUTHERN CAL. MOST OF THE MONEY IS GONE BY THE TIME IT GETS TO WEAR IT IS NEEDED
