I would vote for the ending of the mass effect trilogy if it was on the list (with all the involvement one would put in playing through the whole trilogy, the ending is imho very emotional).

On Ps3? Bioshock1 and Braid endings!

MGS4 did its job at best.

I'd have said the final scene in Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, but Aerith's death came close enough.
