Ideally, how would you fix property tax issues?



California Proposition 13 like limits

Ag exemptions, no restrictions let others pay the taxes on my farm

A "circuit breaker" limiting tax to 3% to 5% of income

No property taxes, let the infrastructure rot

Replace property taxes with an income tax

Let the government take everybody's money and property, they know how to spend it better anyway

The way it is is just fine.

Sales tax or Value Added tax should replace property tax
