Should you get paid overtime for checking work email at home?

Yes. If work is going to impinge on my home life, I should at least get paid.

No. I do minor personal stuff at the office, so checking work email at home briefly is fair play.

I'm not sure, but this makes me not want a BlackBerry.

Only sometimes. If I spend more than 15 minutes dealing with a work thing at home, BlackBerry or not, I'm writing down the time and asking for extra pay.
