People need to be named and shamed. I've spoken with a few people and one way we think we can help deter taggers is a Tag and Get Tagged programme. People put photos of people tagging on the net, the community identifies them and where they live then begin repeatedly tagging the persons car, house, fence, lawn, dog, anything, including the person that did the tagging to make them understand what it is like to have "urban art" where it's not wanted.
