Skip, I remember Burgers in the office from the grill, keep up the good work with a steak and your sure to win.
We here on the E Coast have a much shorter time to perfect the BrBQ, therefore, Skip a true east coast guy & although much older w/more years of part-time outdoor cooking . . . will not win.

Carey, Just incase you haven't paid attn to the vision it took Skip to succeed, you might want to consider the mindset of your competitor. Although he may be getting up there in years,I'm sure of his tunnel vision.
I'm sorry I can't make it for such a great cause. We have an election soon in Florida,but if Skip gives you anymore smack I have his yearbook picture!
