as a senior citizen and a professional,living alone in a 2000.ft house ,strongly oppose to the new system.It will cause far more illegal trash dumping in a densely populated area like Brookline.Its clean up will cost far more to the town.
I'm not in favor of the new system. I have two rental units and can't control how much my tenants will dispose of. Additionally, I currently experience illegal dumping from neighbors at the curbside of my residence. I do not want to be held accountable for the illegal dumping of my neighbors.
