    I like to fill them up with a mixture of peach jam and raspberries and had a little Cointreau .they is never any left .

    My grandmother always made three fillings, prune, poppy seed and my favorite finely chopped walnuts and honey.

    Homemade filling from scratch is the best..........prune/raisin, apricot, mango, date, fig...............you name it
