We have Swedish Christmas! We eat kottbullar(Swedish meatballs), julkaka (saffron bread with icing and dried candied fruit inside) and kake brod (Swedish flatbread)

We serve Beef Wellington using the Harrod's recipe along with potato gratin,, green beans and of course Sugar Plums!!! At the highlight...PLUM PUDDING with Hard Sauce.
