Premiers Dalton McGuinty and Jean Charest recently pledged to curb carbon emissions in spite of Ottawa's (non-)policy towards this. Do you agree?

Yes. BC, Ontario, and Quebec should be applauded for getting the ball rolling.

No. We need a uniform system throughout the country. The provinces should not be undermining Ottawa.

I prefer a uniform system, but since Ottawa appears to be living under a rock, I can understand why the provinces are doing this.
