How should U.S. lawmakers deal with the “fiscal cliff,” automatic tax increases and spending cuts scheduled to begin in 2013?

    The US does not have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem. Eliminate base line budgeting. Cut wasteful spending. Combine duplicate agencies such as EPA, DEQ, CARB. Eliminate failed agencies like the Dept of Energy.
    Also,"Who is John Galt?"...
