Tell your boss that leaving work to ride will make you so much more productive.
Sometimes the traffic can be an issue but I think we will always have that given the time frame of the ride. The location is nice because it is pretty centralized for most members. I think the ones who show up make an effort to modify the route as much as possible to mix it up a bit and get off the main roads when possible.
